1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I joined the Challenge because I was truly ready to take care of myself and my health! I had been overweight since I was 20 and I had tried anything that claims you don’t have to change your eating habits or exercise. Yea, they would drop me 10 lbs. but then I would just gain it back plus 10 more. I wanted a healthier and happier future with my family and knew that I needed to make a change!

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
I lost 18 lbs.† in under a month on my initial Challenge. I wanted to lose an additional 30 lbs. and become more active.

The Weight Loss Pack is AMAZING and is extremely easy to stick to. It helps me maintain a proper eating schedule and I LOVE the taste. 4. How has the Challenge positively impacted your life?
The challenge was a BIG motivation to work even harder. To push myself to “Be My Best”. It has given me more confidence in myself and I am proud to know that I accomplished the challenge. I am inspired to share my story with other people and help them achieve their goals.

5. What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
Take it one day at a time. If you’re like me, at first you may not be able to do a lot, but it will get easier. Just know that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
