1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I served in the US Army in 1987 thru 1991. That was when I was in the best shape of my life. I joined the Challenge to get back to where I could get up and run like I did in boot camp. My brother-in-law, Tracy Burns lost 65 lbs. with NeoLife and I wanted to do the same. He encourages me to be my best daily.
2. What was your 90-Day goal?
My 90-Day goal was to lose 20 lbs. and to work out 3 to 4 days a week.
3. How did your Health Pack help you to achieve your goal?
The Breakfast Pack helped me to lose weight and control my appetite while giving me energy. I really pushed myself by regularly walking up a steep 4.5 miles of Stone Mountain Park in Georgia. At the beginning of my Challenge it took me an hour and a half. Now I can walk it in just 45 minutes! Working out and using the Breakfast Pack daily, I lost 20 lbs.† and over 8 inches.
5. What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
To stay the course to meet your goals. Don’t give up!
