1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
For the first time in my life, I wanted to do something that I was proud of. Losing weight has always been a challenge for me. When I noticed that I lost about 20 pounds in the first month with NeoLife, I challenged myself to lose another 20 pounds. It was the first time that I was really committed to something like this ever before. I changed my eating habits, and incorporated exercise. I’ve never felt so good!

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
My 90-Day Challenge was to lose 60 lbs. I lost a total of 58 lbs.! Although I was 2 lbs. away from my goal, I feel accomplished because I’ve never lost so much weight in such a short period of time.

I’ve gotten comments that I’ve inspired others and that I am their role model. I really love the fact that I have inspired my family to change their eating habits one step at a time and to also include exercises. What really touched my heart was my little cousin. She looked up to me one day and told me, ‘I want to start being healthy like you’.

I’m ready to continue my health journey! I want to show the world that anything in this world is possible when you dedicate yourself and push yourself to reach your goal.

5. What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
Don’t give up! I am not going to lie- it’s not easy! But when you push yourself and start seeing results, it’s so worth it! Another tip is to share your goal with someone who is will keep you accountable. It helps so much! Also, write out your weight loss goal for that month, it helps to remind yourself and to keep you motivated.
