1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I received my motivation in three different ways! First off, after I completed the first 30-Day Challenge, I had such great results that I wanted to continue challenging myself. Besides, it takes longer than just 30 days for one to really become fit, or at least to my standards of fitness! Second, I won the 30-Day Fitness Challenge and that gave me even more motivation to go on for 90 days! Third, I noticed how my results were inspiring others and motivating them to start using NeoLife! I desire more opportunities to show people that NeoLife can help them “Be Your Best” just as it does for me!

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
I decided to complete a workout, which was rowing a half-marathon, that CrossFit Athletes did a couple years ago in the CrossFit Games. I also desired to be able to really strengthen my core and be able to do a handstand hold, which I’ve never been able to do, and be able to outperform my 30 day goals! I was able to reach all of my goals with NeoLife and consistent training! I rowed a half-marathon in 1 hour and 31 minutes and held a handstand for over 30 seconds!

I truly believe that it helped in more ways than what I could describe! My body has never been able to train at the level I train at now! My mind is clear! My attitude is good! I am motivated! I recover faster! I have more energy! I have weight management! It makes everyday look a little more bright and it gives me more confidence in what my body is capable of really doing!*

4. How has the Challenge positively impacted your life?
The Challenge is exciting! It’s new and promises to enforce you to make positive decisions! A person cannot truly grow and develop without being challenged! The Challenge has helped me grow mentally and physically! It brought community and support to my life and my training! I will continue this Challenge and pursue being a Challenge Champion because of all the positive benefits that come from being in the Challenge!  If you haven’t entered into the Challenge, I strongly urge you to do so! I think the best thing is to have someone enter into the Challenge with you!

5. What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
I would tell someone new to the Challenge to have their spouse, friend or family member enter into the Challenge as well! This brings accountability, community, support, and more chances to win the Challenge! It also brings the possibility for competition, which could lead to receiving the best possible results! If you decide to do the Challenge on your own, then be sure to share it with others and surround yourself with those who are going to encourage you and stick by your side!
