What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I joined the 90-Day Challenge to give me accountability to reach my goals. I was tired of not being comfortable with the way I looked in my clothes and my body in general. My “fluffiness” was making me feel very unhappy with myself. Being able to share and have a Challenge to keep pushing myself, this was just what I needed.
What was your 90-Day goal?
My initial goals were three-fold. First, I wanted to increase my weights by 20 lbs. for my weight training. Secondly, I wanted to get into the routine of doing cardio four times a week. Lastly, I wanted to work towards smaller clothing sizes.
To date, I am now down 4 pant sizes! I have exceeded this goal by increasing my weight training to 30 or more pounds. I also found great success in working up to 30-40 knee pushups. I cannot believe that only 90 days ago I started with just 2! Finally, today I am also getting my cardio or alternative class in 4-5 times a week and I can hold a plank for nearly 4 minutes.

I feel amazing! I no longer run from the camera and am starting to get some self-esteem back. I can dress nicely and feel nice going out into public. Having spent over 15 months in physical therapy and being told by your therapist that at the end of the treatment that was as good as it was going to get and spending much time walking with a cane at such a young age was my reality…that is until I got serious with NeoLife. What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
Set realistic goals that work for you. I am not a runner, can’t stand to run, so I wouldn’t set running as a goal. Make it enjoyable and really stretch yourself. Don’t put restrictions or limits to what you think you can do. Just keep pushing! If you miss a day, get right back at it. Love yourself enough to do this.
