1. What was your motivation for joining the Challenge?
My first motivation was to improve my health. I had been a larger sized girl for too many years. My second would be that my mentor, Belinda May was such a big part of my day to day to get me through some of my many tough days in the beginning. Read More

1. What was your motivation for joining the Challenge?
My main motivation was the thought that I could get my toe healthy again. I broke it playing soccer abroad in Vietnam while on a Mission trip. I didn’t get proper treatment since I traveled through 4 more countries over a 4 month period. I was in pain constantly and was unable to do anything too physical. Just when I thought my toe healed, I would feel pain the next day. I was prayed over many times. It wasn’t only difficult physically. The injury really wore on me mentally and spiritually as well. When I got back my doctor alerted me of the bad condition I was actually in. I was motivated to be able to do normal sports activities like I used to, so why not join the Challenge?
I was also motivated by the chance to grow my business by winning $1,000 in products geared towards sampling!

1. What was your motivation for joining the Challenge?
I travel a lot for my work. Travel, less sleep, high stress all increase as I near end of quarter. It used to cause significant weight gain as I’d give up on doing what helped lose weight. If I went up 5lbs. I would give up. I joined the Challenge for additional accountability to continue doing the things I was doing to result in losing weight for greater health and energy!Read More
