What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?

My motivation for joining the 90 day challenge was after hearing and seeing the results from many people at North America Convention in Las Vegas who had lost weight and improved in their fitness level. 1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I entered the Challenge to tone up because I’ve never been satisfied with my body type. In the past I was either super skinny – 120 pounds at 6’1 or unhealthy overweight – 225 pounds at 6’3 and it wasn’t due to muscle. This has been extremely frustrating because even after graduating from the U.S. Army Infantry at Fort Benning, where I lost 25 pounds, I still had love handles which I’ve been self-conscious of.
