What would your perfect business be? I personally have 20 components of an ideal business. There is no other business I know of, besides NeoLife, that meets all 20. Three years ago, I decided to build a part-time NeoLife business. My full-time career was being the CEO of a multi-million-dollar real estate company. Within 16 months of getting started, Nicole and I built our NeoLife business to a 6-figure income. I retired from my CEO position and have been enjoying these benefits ever since.†Read More
Kendra: Let’s talk about a simple strategy that you incorporated into your own Promoter business that lead to explosive growth in your team. Can you share the background of what you were seeing that led you to develop this strategy?
Jerry: When I started I noticed that meetings I attended were all over the place with their length and structure. All very exciting but the presentations weren’t leading anywhere. I remember watching a Billy Graham crusade and thinking “why can he fill up a huge stadium while at the same time some churches struggle to get a few people in the door?” They were selling the same product basically which was Christianity and the teachings of the Bible, but with very different results. I saw a pattern that led to my development of the Psychology of a Presentation.Read More
“Before NeoLife, I was a typical Mama, who didn’t have enough energy to keep up with our 4 kiddos, Jason, and all life brought with it. Between upcoming braces, and sports, and private school costs, it seemed that everything was getting more expensive. But, I LOVE being a stay at home Mom and wife. I love volunteering in the kids’ classrooms and going on field trips and being home with them during breaks and summer. Also, we still have our youngest at home. So even most part time jobs wouldn’t allow for all that.Read More

Article published in DSN Magazine | What do you do when you’re ready to find the next leader and CEO of the global, multimillion-dollar company you’ve created and the solution seems elusive? That was NeoLife International Founder and Chairman of the Board Jerry Brassfield’s dilemma seven years ago when he turned 70. First he tried two individuals already connected to the company. Next, he hired a professional business manager with impeccable credentials. No dice. He even thought his son would be the ideal candidate, but he was already successful and wasn’t interested.
Then he asked his daughter Kendra to accompany him on a trip around the world to get to know the company, and a surprising thing happened—although neither of them ever thought she would be interested in the job, Kendra turned out to be the perfect choice to take over from her father.Read More
