1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
In January 2015, I went for my yearly check-up and was shocked when I stepped on the scale. It read nearly 180 pounds – the heaviest I have ever been. I knew I needed to do something to get my health back on track. The longer I waited, the harder it would get. Throughout high school and college, I had intermittently started working out and trying to eat healthy, but nothing ever stuck.

For months, I had seen social media posts by a woman that I went to high school with, Taylor Craft. She shared how her sister, Shandell Thompson was losing weight and bettering her life using NeoLife. I was interested in the program, but skeptical to say the least. But I was desperate to change my life and Shandell and Taylor’s results really inspired me. So I decided to take the leap just from hearing their testimonies and join NeoLife.

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
After losing 10 pounds and 8 inches in the 30-Day Challenge, my 90-Day weight loss goal was to lose 15 more pounds. This would put me at 140, a weight I had not been at since early high school.

3.How did your Health Pack help you hit your goal?

5. What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
Don’t just consider entering the Challenge – Do it! Sign up now! Looking back, I did originally didn’t want to join the Challenge because I was embarrassed of myself and afraid I would fail. Looking back now, I’m proud of all my progress. Never feel ashamed of where you start because you’re going to be so proud of your results as you take on the Challenge to be your best!

Another piece of advice is to tell people you are making a commitment to better your life. At first, I kept my goals to between my sister, and my best friend because I was too embarrassed to tell anyone else. But as I made progress I started to tell more people that I was on the Challenge. This made me feel accountable for my actions. I didn’t want to tell my friends that I had failed, so instead I worked harder to reach my goals. I know the people in my life would have loved me and supported me regardless, but sometimes that extra motivation and pride is key.
