What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
My motivation for joining the 90 day challenge was after hearing and seeing the results from many people at North America Convention in Las Vegas who had lost weight and improved in their fitness level. I had already lost 30 lbs doing the 30-Day Challenge but I knew that I could still lose more weight and feel even better. I remember telling myself at Convention that I wanted to be someone who could encourage and inspire others through my own health transformation story!
What was your 90-Day goal?
My 90 day goal was to lose 20 lbs and gain 5 to 15 lbs of muscle. I also wanted to get my pant size down to the size I wore when I got married 10 years ago. I was feeling much better after my 30-Day results but I still was not satisfied in my fitness level. I wanted that confidence that I felt in my teenage years and was more motivated then ever to get there.
How did your Health Pack help you to achieve your goal?

I now have more of a desire to keep improving in every area of my life and be what God has created me to be to bring honor and glory to him!
What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
Just do it!! Set an attainable goal, write it down and put it somewhere you will see it daily. Be specific, think of not only what your goal is, but why you want it! Having the right mindset is critical.
