What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I joined the 90-Day Challenge because I wanted to have a very clear goal as to where I was going with my health. I love having goals and then breaking them down and planning out how I will accomplish them. I also think the Challenge makes going after goals more fun! The thought of winning prizes is fantastic and our health is priceless.
What was your 90-Day Challenge goal?
My 90-Day goal was to run a 10k without stopping. And also to enjoy running and to make it a priority in my life. I think it is important to find a exercise that we enjoy doing and make time for in our life so that it just becomes part of my daily lifestyle.Read More
