V-Day the NeoLife Way: Nuts About You Parfait


What you’ll need
NeoLifeShake Creamy Vanilla – 2 servings
Fresh raspberries – 1¼ cups
Almond butter – 4 tbsp
Almond milk – 10 oz.
Sliced almonds – 3 tbsp
Fresh blueberries – ¼ cup
Unsweetened shredded coconut – 1 tbsp
Ice cubes – 6-8 ice cubes

Recipe
Layer 1
Blend 1 cup raspberries, 2 oz. almond milk, 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 3 tbsp almond butter and 2-3 ice cubes. Pour in glass and place in freezer until you blend layer 2.
Layer 2
Blend 2 servings NeoLifeShake,  1 tbsp sliced almonds, 10 oz. almond milk and all remaining ice cubes. Pour over layer 1.
Garnish
Add a light layer of the left over almond butter. Sprinkle the shredded coconut, blueberries and left over raspberries and sliced almonds on top.
