What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?

I was motivated to do the 90-Day Challenge because I really wanted to be the best version of myself, for me. I knew joining the Challenge would help me push myself to achieve my desired goals because I’m an extremely competitive person and I just kept telling myself that it was a competition and that I wanted it the most.

What was your 90-Day goal?
My 90-Day goal consisted of four components that I have spent years trying to achieve. First, I set my goal on running two miles in 18 minutes! In high school, I used to run 5 miles every day and so I wanted to push myself to get back into that type of conditioning. Secondly, I wanted to successful complete 25 ‘real’ push-ups, something I found myself unable to do ever since I broke my collar bone in eight grade playing football. Third, I had my goal set on successfully building up my core strength by completing a 3-minute plank. Finally, my fourth and final goal was to complete one pull up. This was something that I had always wanted to do and had set my eyes on completing.

How did your Health Pack help you to achieve your goal?

The Challenge has been extremely positive on my entire life. It’s given me a great routine each morning, it’s made me more happy and comfortable in my own skin and it’s given me the confidence that I needed to believe that I can accomplish anything that I set my mind on.

What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
To never give up! There are going to be days where you don’t believe in yourself, but you can’t let your doubts win. Find a workout partner, and don’t be afraid to reach out to our NeoLife community; they are the best encouragers and really provide the inspiration and support that you need. What an amazing family to be a part of!
