What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?

I was at my highest weight and my doctor was concerned about several health issues. After years of yo-yo dieting and trying every trend out there, I was ready for something different and I finally found it in NeoLife!  From day one, I was able to give up sugar and carbs because all my nutritional gaps were being filled simply by adding the Breakfast Pack to my life. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I struggled with weight my entire life. No matter how much I exercised and watched what I ate, I could not lose weight, so I just gave up. Then I had a major health challenge with my shoulders that caused me to not be able to lift my hands above my waist without excruciating pain, nor could I even hold a one-pound weight. I started some alternative health options and began working out with a trainer to regain muscle strength. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?

I joined the 90-Day Challenge because I wanted to have a very clear goal as to where I was going with my health. I love having goals and then breaking them down and planning out how I will accomplish them. I also think the Challenge makes going after goals more fun! The thought of winning prizes is fantastic and our health is priceless.
