The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reports that arthritis and other rheumatic conditions have been the most common cause of disability among adults in the U.S. for the past 15 years. For many who have joint issues, simple daily activities such as exercising, playing with children, or even taking a simple walk can be incredibly difficult if not painful.
