1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
To lose fat, gain lean muscle mass, and increase my overall fitness, while looking better, feeling better and inspiring others to do the same.

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
To run 130 miles each month, complete 9 core and upper body workouts each month, to lose 20lbs. of fat while maintaining and increasing my lean muscle mass. I wanted to hit the 170lb. mark without losing muscle mass in the process, which is what I weighed when I graduated from high school as a healthy, fit, varsity football, basketball and baseball player. I also had a goal of creating a very well defined and physically fit physique with six-pack abs.

3. How did your Health Pack help you achieve your goal
I feel great and could not have had success developing my ‘Six-Pack’ without the Weight Loss Pack. I love having two shakes a day! They taste great, are satisfying, quick and convenient and have helped me to lose fat while actually gaining lean muscle mass. I am on track at 43 to be in the best shape of my life by the end of the year!

4. How has the Challenge positively impacted your life?
By providing additional motivation to do what I wanted to do and knew I should do, by pushing me past my comfort zone to complete a challenge like this and allowing me to enjoy reaping the fruit of accomplishing my goals. I feel much better about getting dressed each morning (due to the way my clothes now fit)! I feel younger, healthier and more energetic and excited to be in such terrific shape at age 43.

5. What advice would you give to someone new to the Challenge?
Don’t listen to the negative inward voice of lame excuses – “I don’t have time to do it, I won’t succeed, or I won’t win anyway.” We all have those. Listen to the voice that says, “I need to do this. I want to do this. I can do this!” Winner of a NeoLife prize or not, you will be so glad that you accomplished your goal and you will feel so much better because of it – more than any material gift can offer.
