Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped carrots
¼ cup frozen sliced banana
½ cup greek yogurt
¼ cup frozen diced pineapple
2 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp coconut flakes
¼ tsp cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
2 scoops Creamy Vanilla NeoLifeShake
1 tbsp All Natural Fiber
8 oz water
½ cup ice

Directions:
