1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge? 
Before NeoLife I was sad and at least 37 pounds overweight which lead me to be as heavy as 177 pounds.  I could lose 5 pounds easily but it wasn’t maintainable. The weight kept coming back and it gave me a mental block. I felt stuck.

Then my friend LaTasha Bond Williams, who happens to be the 2018 1-Year Challenge Champion, shared her weight loss journey with me and how much of a difference NeoLife has made in her life. So, I trusted LaTasha and her health opinion and it influenced me greatly to get started on this incredible health journey.

2. What was your 90-Day goal? 
My 90-Day goal was to lose 15 pounds, become more physically active on a regular basis and complete two obstacle course runs.

One of the greatest benefits has also been completing two obstacle course runs (over 3 miles with 25 tough obstacles) and at age 57, I have been passing younger people! I feel stronger, more confident and sexy thanks to my health journey with NeoLife.

My weight loss and increased fitness level has given me a positive attitude change! More and more blood sugar management health centers are going up all around my area. This just means more and more people need NeoLife. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing with others to help them take the same steps toward a healthier lifestyle. I’m willing to hold their hand each step of the way there because I know that it is possible. My results are proof!

5. What is one tip you would give to someone new to NeoLife? 
I would say to learn about the products and figure out which ones are best for their needs. Use the products consistently for at least a week, because I am confident they will notice a difference and love the products just like I do!
