1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
To keep in shape and really challenge myself. I enjoyed meeting my initial goals so much. They helped change my life and fill it with energy. I did not want to see that change! Keeping goals helps me stay focused on my health.

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
To keep off the 45 lbs. I’ve lost, speed up my pace for a half marathon, and tone up! I added speed runs, hill runs, weights, cycling, swimming and yoga to my weekly workout plan. This helped me shed 20 minutes off my half marathon time!

 

3. How did your Health Pack help you achieve your goal
Having a quick and easy NeoLifeShake and NeoLifeBars on hand helped me keep my energy up! I was able to keep the bars in my car and grab them after each workout. That 10 grams of protein helped in my recovery, so I could keep up with my fitness goals. 4. How has the Challenge positively impacted your life?
It has kept me motivated and reaching my goals has given me the confidence to try more and get faster! I am currently a coach for the upcoming Carlsbad Full Marathon! I am getting to pay-it-forward by helping other people reach their goals of health and fitness. My husband has lost 40 lbs. also! My 3 year old daughter is now growing up with an active lifestyle! What a blessing for my entire family!

5. What advice would you give to someone new to the Challenge?
Make your goals and then break that bigger goal into smaller ones that you can reach weekly. Take it day by day and celebrate your small goal success.
