What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?

I joined the 90-Day Challenge because I wanted to have a very clear goal as to where I was going with my health. I love having goals and then breaking them down and planning out how I will accomplish them. I also think the Challenge makes going after goals more fun! The thought of winning prizes is fantastic and our health is priceless.

What was your 90-Day Challenge goal?

My 90-Day goal was to run a 10k without stopping. And also to enjoy running and to make it a priority in my life. I think it is important to find a exercise that we enjoy doing and make time for in our life so that it just becomes part of my daily lifestyle.Read More

“Like most moms, I’ve had weight issues after having children. Two years after giving birth to my son, I lost 10 kgs. but that postpartum belly still wouldn’t go away! I thought it is was part of my trademark as being a mother.

One day, I stumbled across pictures of NeoLife mothers, who looked sexy and vibrant. This inspired me again to reach my health goals but like other moms, being consistent with my workouts and preparing healthy dishes was a struggle for me as a mom and nurse who works shift schedules. Plus, there were also times that I woke up feeling so tired. And a few months earlier, I started to feel pain in my lower back possibly due to the physical demand of my work. That is when I decided to really do something about it – and joined the 30-Day Be Your Best Challenge.Read More

Over a 2 year period, I lost 70 lbs., I felt great but needed something to really fuel my results. Around that time my friend, Maryellen, reached out to me about the Breakfast Pack. I liked the idea of accountability and the drive provided through the Challenge.Read More

“I struggled with my weight my entire life. Growing up, it took a huge emotional toll on my self-esteem and my social life. I never thought I could change. I never asked for help. I blamed my weight on my genetics. I realized I couldn’t go on like this when I started having health problems and hit my highest weight. I had to do something. But diets were quick fixes and only made me want to eat more. I hated exercising and avoided it at all costs.Read More
