What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
To get back into running, exercising and feeling better was a great factor for me. Also, and probably more important, was to prove to myself that I could overcome a physical block by thinking more of myself, becoming mentally strong and tackle an obstacle of defeat that had stood in my way for four years.
What was your 90-Day goal?
My goal was to run a 10k in 90 minutes or less. I was able to run the whole 10k and complete it in only 78 minutes! I exceeded my own goal!

Think of something that will not only be a good Challenge for you physically, but mentally, too. Think positive, think strong, and think highly of yourself. No negative thoughts are welcome. There will be days that are harder than others, but always come back to the reason you started it in the first place to keep you going. The payoff is well worth it!
