1. What was your motivation for joining the Challenge?
I was talking to a friend about trying the weight loss program.  She said it was harder to lose the last 10-15lbs. That was just the Challenge I needed. After winning the 30-Day Challenge, it is so great that NeoLife inspires us to keep pushing ourselves to be our best by continuing the Challenge.

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
To take my fitness to the next level. I was playing tennis 2 days a week and running a 3k about 3 times a week.  I wanted to strengthen my core. I started lifting weights 2-3 times a week, I worked up to 100 sit ups every other day. I pushed myself to be able to do a hilly 5K in 32 minutes. My planks went from 20 seconds to 1 minute and 45 seconds. I can now do 20 real push ups. I also wanted to lose 1 inch off my waist, I lost 2. I joined a double league in tennis with my husband, where we play regularly.

3. How did your Health Pack help you achieve your goal

4. How has the Challenge positively impacted your life?
The Challenge keeps me focused. I have already had people tell me how I am inspiring them to be their best, so I not only feel great but I am impacting others which feels even better! I am not stopping at 90 days! I have continued to add things to my list like flexibility, and more strength training. I have recently gotten my Personal Training Certification and in July will start taking class certifications. I am turning 38 and feel better now than when I was 28. I haven’t felt this good in a bathing suit in forever!

Michelle_Covel5. What advice would you give to someone new to the Challenge?
Give yourself grace! If you take in more calories one day, start fresh the next day. If it is hard to wake up in the morning for your workout, carve out some time at night. Also don’t do it alone. Get your friends started and enrolled in the Challenge, because when they win its like you’re winning also.
