1. What was your motivation for joining the Challenge?
My first motivation was to improve my health. I had been a larger sized girl for too many years. My second would be that my mentor, Belinda May was such a big part of my day to day to get me through some of my many tough days in the beginning.

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
My 90-Day goal was to go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and to lose 20lbs in the 90 days. I got to the gym 3 to 4 days a week. Plus I walked 2 days a week for 3 km each. And I surpassed my goal by losing 27lbs.! NeoLife has given me back life.

I’ve lost 60lbs in total and my energy level is great. “I have regained my self-confidence. Now when I go shopping I can buy what I like and not be limited to just what fits! I am able to say I’m comfortable in my body.”

The Breakfast Pack was my go to. I had a NeoLifeShake for breakfast and lunch. I would not have accomplished my goal without it. I would even have a third shake in a day sometimes if I would need the extra energy. Amazing power in an 8oz glass of yummy!

4. How has the Challenge positively impacted your life?
It has positively impacted my life by helping me to change my day-to-day ways of life. I now know I can do so many things such as go to the gym and have an amazing work out and feel good. And to get up and go for a 4 km walk alone and feel good about myself!

5. What advice would you give to someone new to the Challenge?
To just do it! This Challenge will help you to see the best in yourself. You’ll find that you can do whatever you desire. Also that through the whole challenge you are not alone. NeoLife is a big family and everyone is supportive in all endeavors! You can’t lose, other than the weight!
