1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I knew I had this goal to return to fitness at some point and the Challenge made me realize there was no reason to put it off. I had already chosen to start a NeoLife Health Pack, and was impressed by the results the Challenge suggested.

2. What was your 90-Day goal?
I am a Weightlifter at heart but had distanced myself from the sport after the birth of my first child. I now have three under the age of 5. My 90-Day goal was to compete again.

At 30 days, I wanted to reach particular strength goals where I could step into the gym eager to work out, feeling like I was not starting from scratch, but for the 90-Day Challenge, I needed something more. Having enough strength and skill to be competitive on the platform in an official Weightlifting contest felt awesome.

3. How did your Health Pack help you to achieve your goal?
The Breakfast Pack was amazing. I used the NeoLifeShake as a post workout supplement and it ended up replacing what would have been a much less healthy snack. The Challenge has positively impacted my life by giving me a real focus and an additional incentive to stick with my goal. I feel better, stronger, and more focused on every task that is part of my daily routine when I maintain my exercise program, and I have found it is something I really look forward to. Nothing has changed in my schedule, and I am still very busy, but the Challenge has helped me to see that if I commit the time I do have (for me, this is an hour four days/week), the benefits greatly exceed the cost.

5. What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
The tip I would give to someone new to the Challenge is trust NeoLife. Set decent goals, ones that you would be really happy accomplishing; ones that are realistic but a little bit lofty. I was willing to commit the time and effort in my strength and fitness goals, but I needed the nutritional support to aid in my recovery.* (In the past, my efforts had come to a halt due to muscle soreness, fatigue and lack of strength increases, which made the time consuming process extremely demotivating, and simply unenjoyable).
