It’s About Time and Protein

surfer_guyBuild Muscle, Lose Fat
Consuming high-quality protein at every meal is a really important part of successful weight management and is key to retaining or building muscle. High-quality protein is defined as being highly digestible and containing all essential amino acids in the proper ratio for human nutrition. The accepted standard for rating protein quality is the Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS). The higher the PDCAAS, the higher the quality of the protein. NeoLifeShake has among the highest PDCAAS values on the market showing it to be a very high-quality protein source.Read More

Lost Over 15% Body Fat using Breakfast Pack

What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I struggled with weight my entire life. No matter how much I exercised and watched what I ate, I could not lose weight, so I just gave up. Then I had a major health challenge with my shoulders that caused me to not be able to lift my hands above my waist without excruciating pain, nor could I even hold a one-pound weight. I started some alternative health options and began working out with a trainer to regain muscle strength. As I regained strength and built muscle, I also added weight loss to the equation, and joined the Challenge for accountability and encouragement. Read More

How Nutrition Affects Our Health Today And Tomorrow

What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
I have so much to be thankful for these days. My son was born in April 2017 and about 2-3 weeks post surgery I noticed I was starting to show signs of feeling occasionally blue. Add on the frustration, burn out and just exhaustion from my profession it was only intensified. My husband accepted a position at Santa Clara University, which started our process of moving across country with a 4 month old and a 4 year old in August 2017. The stress of moving, trying to find a job and just all the uncertainties with a move like this, intensified my symptoms. Luckily, by the grace of God and through searching for a piece of furniture I met some amazing people. While moving in to our house I decided to look for some furniture through Facebook market and I ended up finding a hutch that was being sold by Promoters who shared NeoLife with me. Shelley Lozonne followed-up with me and I started on the Breakfast Pack. Within a week I noticed my energy levels rising and my health improving. Now to ease the stress of finding a job my husband and I decided we would start a NeoLife business. A little under a month of starting the products, getting back to an exercising routine and feeling so much better I began my 30-Day Challenge; to complete a 5K in under 30 minutes. After completing my 30-Day, I continued on to my 90-Day Challenge; to complete a half marathon in less than 2 hours. Read More

Lost Over 50 lbs using the Weight Loss Pack

What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?

My motivation for joining the 90 day challenge was after hearing and seeing the results from many people at North America Convention in Las Vegas who had lost weight and improved in their fitness level. I had already lost 30 lbs doing the 30-Day Challenge but I knew that I could still lose more weight and feel even better. I remember telling myself at Convention that I wanted to be someone who could encourage and inspire others through my own health transformation story! Read More

“I got involved with NeoLife when I was 33 years old. I was a former painting contractor. I got involved with the company because I come from a family with lots of health challenges and I enjoyed using the products. But after using the products for over a period of time, I realized that it was also a business opportunity. I’ve had several jobs in my lifetime and most of them panned out from living from paycheck to paycheck. Then I realized that I can make a career out of this. I started out as part-time career and over the years now we’ve been with the company over 31 years. It’s completely changed our life, my family’s life, all the things we’ve dreamed of having, traveled the world. We had a goal of reaching a lot of people not only for their health but taking them out of poverty. After 31 years with NeoLife we feel more excited today. Our mission today is stronger than ever and committed to helping more people.”Read More
