Dear NeoLife Family,
For the last few years I’ve been working to put the team in place that will lead us into the next 60+ years of success. A key component to the completion of this plan has been to find the right person to succeed me as CEO. I’ve learned over the years that this person is critical to the long-term success of the organization. He/she would need to have a unique combination of intelligence, discernment, passion, conviction, drive, gut instinct, as well as a certain level of fearlessness to rise to the occasion. My daughter Kendra has proven to be the right leader for this position.
Kendra is now the CEO of NeoLife International. This decision comes as a result of thorough and strategic succession planning. To prepare for this shift, I have been closely mentoring her. She has gained insight into every functional area of the business and, over the last 6 months, I have delegated the large majority of decision making to her.
Moving forward, my title will be ‘Founder’ and all remaining CEO duties and responsibilities will be transitioned. I will continue to be hands-on regarding major capital allocation decisions and will remain Chairman of the Board.
I have dedicated my life to serving this incredible company and global family. That will never change, and this transition is a direct reflection of that dedication. There is no better person to lead our company into the future. I encourage you to get to know Kendra if you haven’t already and I believe that what you will find is a young woman who is wise beyond her years, strong in her convictions, and humble to a fault.
